If you have Brand value, then solve my problem. I purchased a Sony Bravia LCD TV on 14-7-12 which became totally dead on 3-8-12. I lodged complain on 4-8-12 no.10868085. Your Service centre one day told they will change the panel board in my house and on very next day told they will take away the Set from my house for the experiment and for how many days they can’t say. Sir, am I purchased the set for their experiment. You either arrange for repair it in my house or replace by a new one or refund me my invested money for a dead Set. Then I will understand that you have really a Brand value. I want your kind reply so that I can decide whether I will throw away the Dead Sony TV Set and purchase a new one of another brand as my family must not be suffered for this. They are not watching TV since 3-8-12.
