The erstwhile Pitch Top 50 CMO Awards are back and in a new avatar. To be more commendable and focussed in line with the categories that the awards are given in, the awards have been rechristened as Pitch Brands 50 – Awards for Excellence in Marketing.
While the Awards are an editorial acknowledgement of the great work done by brands in the last 12 to 18 months in the various categories, and are shortlisted by the Pitch editorial team, to be fair and make them more inclusive and rule out an editorial oversight, entries are being invited from brands for the same.
To awards will go through a four-tier process, starting with editorial shortlisting of brands, call for entries from brands; community poll on exchange4media Group sites and final winners’ selection by a jury panel consisting of brand experts and academicians, headed by Ramesh Jude Thomas, President, EQUiTOR. Other jury members include: Nagesh Rao, Director, MICA, Anand Halve, Co-founder of Chlorophyll, Ramanujam Sridhar, CEO, Brand Comm, Ashok Pratap Arora, Marketing Professor from MDI and Sharad Sarin, senior marketing professor from XLRI.
