Collective Artists Network has welcomed three new leaders—Janahavi Rawal, Sanjana Jain and Rahul Regulapati—into its partnership, marking a significant step as the company sharpens its strategic priorities and gears up for its next growth chapter. As Collective evolves into a media and entertainment network across content, culture and technology, the move signals a clear direction: empowering leaders who have helped build the organisation from within and now play a key role in shaping its future.
The new partners join an existing leadership group comprising Sudeep Subhash, Kshitij Mehta, Jaya Saha, Avinash Bidaia, Nandita Sachdev and Dhruv Chitgopekar, who have collectively driven Collective’s scale, culture and long-term strategy. This expanded partnership reflects a stronger leadership core aligned with the company’s forward vision. Each of the three newly inducted partners has played a pivotal role in Collective’s journey, influencing not only growth but also how the company ideates, builds and delivers.
Janahavi Rawal, a long-time leader at Collective, steps into the partnership to lead the company’s talent management mandate. A consistent presence in the organisation for over ten years, she has shaped Collective’s philosophy on artist representation with deep industry knowledge, credibility and a long-term perspective. Her leadership has been crucial in fostering lasting talent relationships and reinforcing the company’s leadership position within the ecosystem.
Sanjana Jain has been elevated to partner to head Marketing and Creative Services across the organisation. Recognised for her clear thinking and execution-driven mindset, Sanjana has been instrumental in turning this vertical into one of Collective’s fastest-growing business areas. Her work has continually pushed the company to tackle complex creative mandates at scale, while upholding high standards of quality and delivery. Rahul Regulapati joins the partnership to lead Collective’s technology and AI charter, including Galleris, the company’s AI and cinematic technology studio. Since becoming part of Collective, Rahul has played a key role in embedding technology into storytelling, content development and production workflows. His contributions have helped establish Collective as a leader in tech-enabled media, earning acknowledgment and credibility from global technology players.
Commenting on the new partnerships, Vijay Subramaniam, Founder & Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said, "As we expand, it becomes increasingly important to build leadership that can think long-term, take ownership and enable others to grow. Janahavi, Sanjana and Rahul have each been instrumental in shaping Collective into what it is today. Welcoming them into the partnership is both a recognition of their journey and a signal of where we are headed next."
The induction of these three partners, alongside the existing leadership group, reinforces Collective Artists Network’s commitment to nurturing durable leadership and offering meaningful growth pathways within the organisation, as it continues to explore new frontiers across media, culture and technology.
