TBWA\London Chief Executive Officer Larissa Vince exits the agency

TBWA\London CEO Larissa Vince has exited the agency, announcing her departure in a LinkedIn post. Vince had been with TBWA\London for over four years, having joined the company in September 2021.
In a separate development, Andy Jex, who served as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at TBWA\London, has also announced that he is leaving the agency.
Reflecting on her tenure, Vince wrote on LinkedIn: “TBWA\London, you’ve been awesome. Thank you to my wonderful team for the creativity, the commitment, the fun and for the agency’s best year for 17 years.”
Vince is a seasoned agency leader with experience leading both network and independent agencies, and is known for her strong track record in driving new business and agency growth.
