Value 360 has appointed Atul Sharma as its Chief Executive Officer

Public relations firm Value 360 Communications Limited has announced the appointment of Atul Sharma as its Chief Executive Officer, effective February 4, 2026.

In his new role, Sharma will be responsible for shaping the firm’s vision and growth roadmap, including expansion into new markets, pursuing acquisitions, launching new verticals, and driving operational excellence. He will also focus on building a strong people-first culture aimed at enhancing client experience and engagement. Alongside his enterprise responsibilities, Sharma will lead the firm’s value proposition across AI, big data, and analytics, while strengthening integration across Value 360 Group companies—Popkorn and ClanConnect—and accelerating the group’s global expansion.

As CEO, Sharma will oversee business operations and support the scale-up of new verticals. Kunal Kishore, Founder and Chairman of Value 360 Communications Limited, will continue in his role, providing strategic direction across the group, while focusing on fundraising and the development of new service offerings, including public affairs, public advocacy, and government partnerships.

Sharma joins Value 360 after an accomplished tenure as CEO of Ruder Finn India and the Middle East. During this period, he built high-performing teams and expanded the firm’s footprint across India and the Middle East, driving strong business growth and reinforcing its strategic standing in the region. A respected industry leader, he is known for his expertise in tech-led communications, innovation, and organisational transformation. He has also held leadership roles at PRCAI, serving as President and Vice President between 2018 and 2024, and is a frequent contributor to global industry forums and leadership councils.
