Facebook India posts 25% revenue growth in FY25

Facebook India Online Services delivered a robust financial performance in FY25. The company’s revenue from operations climbed 25% year-on-year to ?3,793 crore, while total income grew 25.2% to ?3,834 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, as per its financial statements sourced from Tofler.

Advertising continues to be Facebook India’s primary revenue driver, with the company monetising ad inventory across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and partner third-party websites and mobile apps. A growing advertiser base and increased digital ad spending supported the topline expansion during the year.

Net profit rose 28.1% to ?647 crore, compared with ?505 crore in the previous fiscal, according to financial data accessed via Tofler. Total expenses increased 22.6% to ?2,881 crore, indicating ongoing investments in operations and talent.

Employee benefit expenses registered a notable 36.3% jump to ?649 crore, highlighting the company’s continued focus on expanding its workforce and strengthening capabilities.
