Publicis Groupe India has announced the launch of Publicis Digital Experience (PDX), a unified, client-centric offering designed to address the most pressing middle-funnel and post-funnel priorities of today’s CMOs and CIOs. These priorities include AI-led transformation, customer experience, commerce, social, martech, and CRM. PDX brings together the Groupe’s deep digital, technology, and experience capabilities—powered by data—highlighting its scale, depth, and leadership in driving modern business growth.
The PDX framework is structured around three core solution practices, blending specialist expertise with integrated scale:
• Social @ PDX: Reimagined for the new era of social, this practice combines cultural intelligence with data to activate cohorts, communities, and creators through social-first content, collaborations, IRL experiences, and more—moving at the pace of contemporary marketing to fuel brand growth.
• AI-X @ PDX: With AI now embedded across all customer experience (CX) platforms—whether behind the scenes or at the interface—AI-X is purpose-built to enable AI transformation through agentic workflows and process re-engineering, alongside AI-powered commerce platforms, marketing solutions, and digital assets for both B2B and B2C clients.
• CRM @ PDX: Focused on driving growth from existing customers, this practice optimises marketing and data clouds to activate first-party data–led targeting, one-to-one marketing, and deeper customer engagement. The aim is to enable cross-selling and upselling, enhancing customer lifecycle value through loyalty and rewards.
The model is further supported by a central Technology Centre of Excellence (COE), which drives best practices across emerging technologies and AI, accelerating innovation across all PDX practices.
PDX unifies the specialised capabilities of Digitas India, Razorfish India, and Indigo Consulting into a single, purpose-built organisation, aligning talent and expertise around client needs and measurable business outcomes. With a team of over 500 specialists, more than 1,000 projects delivered, and a first-mover advantage in applied AI and agentic workflows, PDX positions Publicis Groupe India to partner clients through the next phase of growth—confidently, seamlessly, and at scale.
PDX India will be led by Amaresh Godbole as Chief Executive Officer. He will also assume the role of Chief – AI Experiences & Solutions, Publicis Groupe India.
Anupriya Acharya, CEO, Publicis Groupe South Asia, said, “Marketing and technology have converged, expanding the roles of both the CMO and CIO. PDX reimagines how digital, technology, data, and creativity come together to meet this moment of transformation. As marketers rethink the future, PDX is built to help accelerate that journey.”
Amaresh Godbole, CEO, Publicis Digital Experience (PDX), added, “We’re moving into a world divided between technology haves and have-nots. Clients no longer want fragmented services—they need partners who can turn AI and technology into a competitive advantage across the middle and after funnel. PDX is designed exactly for this moment. We’ve taken proven strengths, applied scale thinking, and re-engineered them for an AI-first future.”
