Amandeep Singh Kochar has joined as Executive Vice President - Experience Strategy and Martech Headt at Havas CX, the specialised customer experience vertical of Havas India. In his new position, he will be based in Gurugram and report to Manas Lahiri, Chief Growth Officer of Havas India, who is also overseeing Havas CX India operations.
Amandeep will collaborate closely with all key leaders across Havas India to position Havas CX India as the central focus of every client engagement. His mandate includes developing future-ready CX, martech, CRM, and data analytics capabilities, further strengthening the network’s go-to-market strategy and enabling deeper integration across all Havas India agencies.

With 15 years of experience across India and Southeast Asia, Amandeep has partnered with enterprise brands to align brand strategy, customer experience, and marketing technology for measurable business results. His expertise includes first-party data programs, personalization at scale, CRM, martech orchestration, marketing effectiveness, and transformation.
Prior to joining Havas, Amandeep was with VML, where he developed CX and commerce capabilities across India and Southeast Asia, managing regional mandates from Thailand and Malaysia. Over the past year, he also engaged in entrepreneurial consulting focused on Bharat-first customers and brands. His portfolio features work for Ford, Colgate, Mahindra, Hindustan Unilever, PepsiCo, and BAT, with notable CX projects for Ford, IDFC, and Colgate.
