Chhachhi expands leadership mandate across Asia Pacific while continuing as Managing Partner, India
DHR Global has elevated Vikram Chhachhi to the role of Managing Partner, Asia, expanding his leadership mandate across the Asia Pacific region. In his new position, Chhachhi will spearhead the firm’s strategic growth and alignment across key markets including China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. He will continue to serve as Managing Partner, India—a role he has held for the past four years.
With nearly a decade at DHR, Chhachhi has worked closely with clients on senior leadership mandates and complex organisational challenges. His experience spans multiple sectors such as consumer goods, technology, retail, hospitality, and media and entertainment. He also plays a key leadership role across DHR’s Board & CEO, Consumer & Retail, and Commercial Growth practices.
Commenting on his expanded responsibilities, Chhachhi said it was a privilege to take on a broader leadership role across Asia. He added that his focus would be on delivering impactful outcomes for clients while further strengthening DHR’s presence and influence across the region.
In this role, Chhachhi will collaborate closely with regional partners and practice leaders to enhance cross-border delivery, deepen client relationships, and build integrated talent strategies tailored to organisations operating across diverse and dynamic markets. His leadership comes at a critical time as companies navigate growth, transformation, and leadership transitions.
