Omnicom has unveiled the next generation of Omni, its advanced marketing intelligence platform designed to unify strategy, execution, and performance across the marketing ecosystem. According to the agency, Omni brings together Omnicom’s Connected Capabilities, industry-leading data and identity solutions, and cutting-edge AI within a single operating system, offering clients a seamless foundation for end-to-end marketing.
The evolved platform is built on the combined data, technology, and talent of Omnicom and the recently acquired Interpublic assets, including Acxiom, Flywheel Commerce Cloud, Interact, and Omni’s expanded agentic AI framework. This integration enables data, intelligence, and teams to function as one, breaking down silos and driving more connected decision-making.
Speaking earlier at e4m Influencer of the Year 2025, Kartik Sharma, CEO of Omnicom Media India, had hinted at the launch. “Our marketing platform is called Omni… you will see a new Omni, which is four times more powerful, coming in very soon. Just wait for a month,” he said during a conversation with Dr. Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of BW Businessworld and Founder of exchange4Media.
“Omni connects the full breadth of modern marketing—audience insight, creativity, media, and commerce—into a single, open, and adaptive platform with the clearest view of consumer identity across the entire marketing ecosystem,” said Duncan Painter, CEO, Omni. He added that the platform is designed to empower people across disciplines—from strategists and creatives to analysts, traders, and client leaders—enhancing their work rather than replacing human judgment or imagination.
John Wren, Chairman and CEO of Omnicom, highlighted the strategic importance of the platform, stating, “Omnicom’s competitive advantage comes from our unmatched Connected Capabilities, and Omni takes them to an entirely new level. By operating on a unified, intelligent platform that unites teams and systems, Omni enables unprecedented precision and speed. By connecting every element of marketing and sales—from audience insight to sales activation—it empowers brands to deliver measurable growth with greater impact.”
