Shreyas Mehrotra has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Digital Sales at Airtel Business. Before this elevation, he served as the Marketing Head, leading initiatives that strengthened growth and brand preference across all categories.
Mehrotra has been with Airtel for nearly eight years, holding a range of senior leadership roles. In his previous position, he drove business growth through product strategy, new launches, go-to-market plans, and the design of customer journeys and campaigns.
A seasoned marketing leader and digital evangelist, Mehrotra brings over 17 years of experience across FMCG, e-commerce, and telecom, primarily in fast-paced B2C businesses. His expertise spans strategic marketing, category management, product lifecycle, go-to-market strategy, integrated campaigns (ATL/BTL), brand development, P&L delivery, performance marketing, digital transformation, and sales propositions.
Before joining Airtel, Mehrotra served as Head of Brand Marketing at Tata Teleservices for more than two years. Earlier, he also held roles at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd), Marico Ltd, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
