KRBL Limited has appointed Manish Maheshwari as General Manager – Sales Excellence, inducting him into the India leadership team.
In his new role, Maheshwari will focus on strengthening sales capabilities and driving excellence across markets. His responsibilities include enhancing distributor and frontline productivity, streamlining sales and trade marketing processes, enabling robust planning and performance management, and ensuring consistent execution across route-to-market, pricing, promotions, and trade investments. He will also lead the development of scalable, technology-enabled systems to support sustainable growth.
With over 16 years of professional experience, Maheshwari brings extensive expertise in sales leadership and business management. His career spans leadership roles at organisations such as ITC and Udaan, and most recently, as founder of his startup, Nirmaan.
